On Tuesday, November 18th, Sonoma State students stepped into The Kitchens for an interactive culinary experience led by Executive Chef Don Cortes. The hour-long cooking class offered participants the chance to learn how to make Spicy Dan Dan Noodles and enjoy their creations, too.
