We're Going Cashless

Starting August 1, 2025, we're going cashless to deliver faster, more efficient service while continuing to ensure convenient access to the essential amenities that support daily life on campus. We will continue to accept credit/debit cards, mobile wallet apps, tap to pay, and Wolfbucks/Dining Dollars via the Seawolf Card.

Lobo's Club Fundraisers

Fundraisers at Lobo's

Culinary Services is happy to provide financial assistance to clubs/organizations through Fundraisers at Lobo's. To participate in a Fundraiser at Lobo's you must submit a fundraiser request form. Fundraisers at Lobo's work very similar to a dine-and-donate event where the more people who go to Lobo's on your club fundraiser date, the more money you will earn.  

Sign Up Process

Sign ups for spring fundraisers have now closed. Please check back on the first Friday of fall term ay 9am to sign up for fall fundraisers. 

Important Details & Information

  • Club fundraiser dates occur at Lobo's on Fridays.
  • Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Each club/organization is limited to one club fundraiser date per semester
  • The club/organization must also be chartered in the current academic semester
  • The club fundraiser program request form must be submitted online before a fundraising date can be confirmed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent within 1-3 business days if a fundraising date is offered to your club/organization. 
  • Each club is required to market its club fundraiser. We recommend using flyers, social media, and digital signage on Student Center or LoboVision
  • Culinary Services will make a monetary donation to your group based on the total sales revenue received during the time and date of the club/organization fundraiser
    • Sales up to $1,999 will receive 10% of the total sales
    • Sales over $2,000 will receive 15% of total sales
