Fundraisers at Lobo's
Culinary Services is happy to provide financial assistance to clubs/organizations through Fundraisers at Lobo's. To participate in a Fundraiser at Lobo's you must submit a fundraiser request form. Fundraisers at Lobo's work very similar to a dine-and-donate event where the more people who go to Lobo's on your club fundraiser date, the more money you will earn.
Important Details & Information
- Club fundraiser dates occur at Lobo's on Fridays.
- Sign-ups are on a first-come, first-served basis
- Each club/organization is limited to one club fundraiser date per semester
- The club/organization must also be chartered in the current academic semester
- The club fundraiser program request form must be submitted online before a fundraising date can be confirmed. An e-mail confirmation will be sent within 1-3 business days if a fundraising date is offered to your club/organization.
- Each club is required to market its club fundraiser. We recommend using flyers, social media, and digital signage on Student Center or LoboVision
- Culinary Services will make a monetary donation to your group based on the total sales revenue received during the time and date of the club/organization fundraiser
- Sales up to $1,999 will receive 10% of the total sales
- Sales over $2,000 will receive 15% of total sales
