We are happy to provide fundraising volunteer opportunities for recognized student organizations. Students who are a part of a chartered organization can work at various operations and then the organization will be provided financial compensation. In addition to financial compensation, students will receive an enriching experience while serving the campus community and guests.
Sign Up Process
- Fill out the required paperwork, which includes:
- Release of Liability form
- Non-Faculty Volunteer Appointment Checklist
- CSU Volunteer Identification form
- Limited Mandated Reporter
- Volunteer Background Check Authorization form
- Contact culinary.services@sonoma.edu to schedule a meeting once all paperwork is filled out. Culinary Services will then schedule shifts as needed.
Each Shift
- The volunteer will have to fill out the Fundraising Agreement Form at the start of each shift and give it to the Culinary Services on-site supervisor or manager on duty (note this must happen when working to get approval for processing).
- Each shift will be a total of three hours.
- The organization will receive $45.00 for each volunteer that completes a three hours shift.
After Shift Is Completed
- The Culinary Services on-site supervisor or manager on duty will turn in the Fundraising Agreement Form to Entrepreneurial Activities Administrative Services to be processed for payment to the organization account.
- Note the check will take up to 30 days to be processed and deposited into the organization's account.
