It defines my identity and my family.
How do you represent your culture at SSU?
I teach multicultural psychology classes; conduct research on cultural practices and experiences of culturally/racially/ethnically diverse students; mentor students and support their personal academic support.
What is your favorite dish?
Mexican enchiladas suizas (in tomatillo sauce)
How is this favorite dish related to your heritage?
A symbol and memories of childhood from my mom’s cooking.
