Ingredients:

1 pound Brussel Sprouts, shredded

1 pound Grapes, cut in half

1⁄2 cup Almonds, sliced

1⁄2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved

1 tablespoon Poppy seeds

1 teaspoon Brown sugar
-
1⁄4 cup Lemon Juice
-
1⁄2 cup Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine Brussel sprouts, grapes, almonds and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
2. Using a mason jar, combine poppy seeds, brown sugar, lemon juice and olive oil. Tightly cover the Mason jar and vigorously shake until all the liquid thickens. This is your dressing.
3. Drizzle the dressing on to the salad and gently toss until the dressing has coated the Brussel sprouts.
4. Transfer to the desired serving plate.
