Starting August 1, 2025, we're going cashless to deliver faster, more efficient service while continuing to ensure convenient access to the essential amenities that support daily life on campus. We will continue to accept credit/debit cards, mobile wallet apps, tap to pay, and Wolfbucks/Dining Dollars via the Seawolf Card.

Passover Seder Dinner

Join Culinary Services in a traditional seder dinner at the Kitchens! The seder dish will have five ceremonial foods representative of the story of Passover. Check out the delicious featured foods below! The special event is included for people who use a swipe from their meal plan. Guests without a meal plan may purchase a meal at the door.

Zeroa Herb Roasted Lamb

Represents the lamb that was the paschal sacrifice on the eve of the exodus from Egypt

Beitzah Hard-boiled Egg

Represents the pre-holiday offering traditionally brought into the Holy Temple

Charoset Cinnamon Apple salad with Toasted Walnuts

This sweet mixture represents the brick and mortar that they used to build for the Pharaoh

Maror Chopped Romaine with Horseradish

Represents of the bitterness of slavery

Karpas Celery Sticks in saltwater

Represents the tears of the Jews while leaving Egypt
