COVID-19 Culinary Services Update for Fall 2020 & Spring 2021

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, local health orders limiting food service, and the severely limited number of students on-campus, all Culinary Services dining venues will be closed for the fall 2020 and spring 2021 semesters. In addition, there will not be a meal plan program offered for the fall 2020 and spring 2021 semesters. Students living on-campus will have access to a kitchen in their townhome or apartment and the many dining options in the surrounding community. Guests who had a voluntary meal plan for the fall 2020 semester will be contacted by Culinary Services. Culinary Services will continue to support students during this time and will be offering virtual events and opportunities. More information about these events and opportunities will be shared through the Seawolf Living website and emails.

As always, the health, safety, and well-being of our students, faculty, staff, and community are our top priorities. Culinary Services is continuing to plan for a safe return and is ensuring all operations will follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health authorities.

For continued updates, we encourage students, staff, and faculty to check their SSU email and to visit the Sonoma State University COVID-19 website for the latest campus information.

Culinary Services values bringing the Sonoma State University community together through food and experiences and we look forward to sharing our table with you again soon!
