Equipment & Utensils:

  • Non-stick pan
  • Bowl
  • Fork or whisk
  • High-temperature rubber spatula

Ingredients:

  • Eggs (3 ea.)
  • 4” Tostada (2 ea.)
  • Pico de gallo (1/2 cup)
  • Guacamole (1/2 cup)
  • Scallions, chopped (1 tbl.)
  • Lime, wedge (1/2 ea.)
  • Sour cream (1/4 cup)
  • Cotija cheese (1/2 cup)
